AmpGPT is designed to help people progressively strengthen their organizational improvement capability through live interaction, the Amplio Capability System (ACS), and ongoing use of AmpGPT. Instead of focusing on passive training or information transfer, the journey emphasizes guided interaction, real organizational situations, diagnostics, adaptive practices, and progressively developing the ability to perceive, diagnose, adapt, and improve effectively.

Participants engage in approximately monthly sessions.
