Certified Amplio Consultant Educators
Amplio Consultant Educators (ACEs) can solve many problems not taught in the popular Agile frameworks. These include:
- working on both projects and products with proven approaches tailored appropriately
- being successful in fixed scope, time, and budget projects
- coaching other people to become more effective
- tailoring approaches to your needs
- increasing innovation
- not just solving problems but eliminating the cause of them
- partnering with management on understanding what it takes to be effective
While all ACEs have been certified in Amplio, many are experts in other technologies.
ACE certification is based on validating that the ACEs have both the right perspective and the set of insights needed to accomplish a certain task. ACEs are part of a community where they have access to thought leaders to guide them when needed. They also have access to a significant amount of training, consulting, and coaching resources. This enables them to be more effective than most consultants.
All certified ACEs are active in a community, creating the next level of Agile based on Flow, Lean, and the Theory of Constraints. Learn more about Enterprise ACEs which can help you transform your organization and lower your training costs as well.
