Amplio Guided Onboarding With AmpGPT
Success Engineering has 3 sessions on AmpGPT a month. Go here to learn more.
The Amplio Guided Onboarding with AmpGPT is designed to help people quickly orient themselves around the real problems they are experiencing at work and begin improving them immediately. Instead of presenting a framework to learn or a sequence of steps to follow, the page organizes common challenges into a small set of recognizable domains—flow, value, capability, and uncertainty—so users can easily find themselves in the model. It then connects those problems to how work actually operates across the organization, showing that issues rarely exist in isolation and are often the result of interactions between different layers of responsibility.
From there, the page invites users into an interactive learning experience with AmpGPT. Rather than requiring upfront study, users can either explore specific problems or simply describe their own situation. AmpGPT then helps them diagnose underlying causes, understand how different parts of the organization contribute, and identify the capabilities needed to improve. Throughout this process, key ideas about how work flows, how people interpret situations, and how capability develops are introduced in context—ensuring that learning is grounded in real situations and leads directly to better decisions and actions.
The onboarding system is primarily a way to onboard people who join the Amplio Learning System. It provides core concepts that they will find useful. However, because this is an integration of AmpGPT and other references, it is possible for someone to learn most of the Amplio system from here.
There is not a set path for the onboarding because the path to take depends upon the problems being faced. People can jump to the Working With AmpGPT To Solve Your Problems page to be guided to solve problems with AmpGPT. If you’re a coach or consultant, it’s advised to start with the Capability Development Constraints page where you’ll learn some fundamental concepts on how people behave and learn.
