Learning Dynamics
Learning dynamics, on the other hand, describe how capability develops. People learn in stages, not all at once; understanding something does not mean it will be applied; and under pressure, people tend to revert to familiar patterns. These two dynamics interact continuously—how something is perceived affects how it is learned, and how it is learned affects how it is applied. Recognizing and working with these constraints is essential for developing real, lasting capability.
Learning does not occur independently of perception or environment. System conditions and perceptual framing strongly influence how capability develops over time.
These do not explain the system.
Knowing something does not mean it will be applied.
They explain why people struggle to develop capability
They are always active.
