Amplio provides several mechanisms for initial education, ongoing improvement, and a support system for people to learn, make decisions, and work together.

Doing separate training, then consulting, and then coaching is an ineffective method of learning. People need to get quick feedback on the effectiveness of their work, learn what to do that’s better, and then adjust on the basis of that.


Collaborative working, decision-making, learning boards

Amplio provides more than a dozen collaboration boards to enable people to work, make decisions, and learn together. This provides ongoing support by reminding people what they’ve learned an helps them make better decisions together. 

Learning Strategies

Learning strategies are combinations of several related concepts that are required to learn a bigger concept. This saves time in learning more complex concepts.

Accelerator Patterns

These help people make common decisions from how to engage with people to how to decide what to do.

The benefit of this is that people can take advantage of other people’s experience and make better decisions.

Education Videos

Just in time education is needed. Amplio provides dozens of videos that people can learn concepts as needed.

The benefit of this is that people don’t have to wait until a workshop is provided to take advantage of known concepts. It also means some “training” can be done without people losing time from work.

Learning Journeys

Intense half and full-day trainings are very ineffective unless done just before what’s learned is immediately applied. Studies show that more than 80% of the information is lost within 2 to 3 days.  Amplio provides several workshops that are delivered over time. This enables people to learn something and immediately try it out in the workplace.

Success Engineering promotes lifelong learning by offering ongoing access to learning materials. Private training can be arranged for accelerated curriculum transition.

Amplio Bootcamps

A bootcamp is a concise 3.5-hour workshop dedicated to a specific topic. Bootcamps are categorized into different levels, each with specific prerequisites outlined in their descriptions.

Integrated Q&A sessions and exercises are incorporated into all boot camps, with the final 30 minutes dedicated to interactive engagement. Every bootcamp includes a comprehensive workbook and a copy of the presentation slides.
