This 13-lesson workshop introduces participants to Jobs-to-Be-Done (JTBD) through a practice-first approach. Participants engage in hands-on exercises before reflecting on theory, making the experience immediately relevant for marketing professionals, business analysts, product owners, and Agile consultants. Theory is introduced after practice as a means of sense-making, drawing from both Christensen’s and Ulwick’s perspectives, with a tilt toward Christensen’s.
