Product Management Curriculum

How to use this curriculum page

This curriculum page serves two purposes. For those not in the university, it serves as an outline of topics covered and a list of useful posts. For those in the university it represents an index to the sessions that covered the topic.

Minimum Valuable Increments

MVIs are the most useful concept in the Agile space I know.

Right now this section is a place holder for the Amplio University sessions that have taken place on MVIs.

Recent sessions on the MVI took place January, 20, 21, and the 22, 2025

Amplio University students are provided with a MVI Template. We did a session on that January 29, 2025.

More public information will be provided soon.

Attending to the Customer Journey

Customer Journey Mapping: Bridging the Gap Between Business and Development
This presentation is a little dated, but it’s still useful.
We have since renamed MBIs (Minimum Business Increments) to MVIs (Minimum Valuable Increments) to include government agencies.
And MVPs are now considered a type of MVI.
Still useful to watch.
