The ACE Business Model With AmpGPT

Business Model Overview

The model is built on a layered capability system, not a top-down rollout.

At the top, ACEs (Amplio Consultant Educators) work with organizations to diagnose systemic issues, align leadership, and design how improvement will occur. Their role is not to implement a framework, but to enable the organization to build its own capability using the Amplio system and AmpGPT.

ACEs then develop and support internal transition agents—a small group inside the organization responsible for guiding change. These individuals are trained not just in practices, but in how to use AmpGPT as a diagnostic and coaching partner. They learn how to interpret situations, introduce the right concepts, and guide teams through incremental improvement.

Transition agents work directly with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Team Leads, helping them improve how they operate in real time. This includes refining how work is defined, improving flow, addressing systemic constraints, and handling resistance. AmpGPT acts as an always-on support layer—providing guidance, reinforcing concepts, and helping these roles navigate situations as they arise.

These roles, in turn, influence teams and stakeholders, improving day-to-day work through better decisions, clearer alignment, and more effective practices.

Across all levels, AmpGPT is continuously available:

  • as a coach for individuals
  • as a guide for problem-solving
  • as a reinforcement mechanism for learning

The result is a system where capability is built through use, not through episodic training—scaling improvement without requiring large, disruptive transformations.

How Organizations Can Use AmpGPT to Set Standards

Organizations can use AmpGPT to establish a consistent way of working without enforcing uniform practices. By defining objectives, constraints, and preferred capabilities, they can create a layer of guidance that AmpGPT uses to help individuals make context-appropriate decisions. This enables alignment across the organization—ensuring people are working toward the same goals—while allowing flexibility in how those goals are achieved. Instead of standardizing behavior, organizations standardize intent and decision-making criteria, with AmpGPT reinforcing these through everyday interactions.

How Consulting Companies Can Use This Model

Consulting organizations can use AmpGPT to codify their expertise into a scalable guidance system for their consultants. By embedding their methods, principles, and patterns into AmpGPT’s interaction model, they enable consistent, high-quality coaching across all engagements. Consultants can rely on AmpGPT for real-time support, scenario guidance, and reinforcement of best practices, while also contributing back insights from the field to improve the system. This creates a feedback loop where the firm’s collective knowledge becomes more accessible, more consistent, and more effective—extending the reach of senior expertise across all consultants and clients.
