The Sonesis Capability Journeys
Become more valuable. More effective. More employable.
Develop capabilities organizsations consistently struggle to find.
Organizations are facing unprecedented uncertainty, AI disruption, constant change, overloaded teams, and increasing pressure to deliver results.
The people who thrive are not those who know the most frameworks.
They are the people who can diagnose problems, align people, improve workflow, adapt to change, and help organizations improve themselves.
Learn what to do when:
- “We keep solving symptoms instead of causes.”
- “Everything takes too long.”
- “People resist change.”
- “Requirements keep changing.”
- “Our teams are overloaded.”
- “We’re building things but not getting results.”
- “AI is making us faster but not better.”
Become someone who can:
Meet the needss most organizations consistently struggle to find:
- Diagnose problems before prescribing solutions.
- Improve workflow and reduce delays.
- Reduce overload and multitasking.
- Align work with stakeholder value.
- Manage uncertainty effectively.
- Influence change without authority.
- Help others learn.
- Improve decision-making.
- Build organizational capability
- Improve decision-making.
These are the capabilities you will be able to achieve.
In addition you’ll learn how to influence without authority.
For $49 / month you can learn the following – and do it at your own pace.
We have 3 learning sessions each week This means you can learn with a mix of live sessions, recorded sessions, Q&A 3 times a week, and AI support 24/7. Depending upon your learning style, you can learn any of the topics at the pace you want to.
- How to use AI to increase your capability.
- How to determine what the real problem
- How to stop mechanical Scrum How to speak to management and feature factories.
- How to get a stalled SAFe adoption going again.
- How to create stakeholder alignment without endless meetings.
- How to influence people when you don’t have authority.

These abilities are difficult to find, difficult to teach, and increasingly valuable in an AI-driven world.
How You’ll Develop Them
- Learn the “physics of flow” based on Flow, Lean, and the Theory of Constraints.
- Learn how people listen, react, and resist so you can help others without getting resistance.
- Learn how to teach and coach people effectively.
- Learn how to adapt good practices to your situation.
- Learn how to make better decisions based on the above.
- Learn how to deal with uncertainty.
- Learn Jobs to be Done and Objective stories to mostly eliminate the waste of discovering what is needed.

How You Learn to Do This
Sonesis Capability Journeys (SCJs) are guided paths for developing real organizational capability through interaction, application, and improvement. Rather than focusing on training people in a predefined method, SCJs are designed to help individuals and organizations build the ability to diagnose situations, solve meaningful problems, and improve how work is performed. Each journey combines practical guidance, real-world application, and interaction with Sonesis/AI to help people strengthen their capabilities in context—not just learn concepts in isolation.
Every SCJ is grounded in the core dynamics that underlie effective organizational improvement: how work flows through systems, how people perceive and interpret situations, how capability develops over time, and how organizations respond to uncertainty. Some journeys focus on improving value streams and organizational flow. Others focus on developing the capability to guide improvement in others, conduct diagnostics, improve product management, or strengthen organizational alignment. While each journey has a different focus, all are built around the same principle: capability develops most effectively through guided interaction with real situations, supported by reflection, feedback, and incremental improvement.
